The shipping fee is subject to post Malaysia's tariff based on country and miles. **refer delivery|shipping for details.

2.)    Buyer is advised to send an email to reserve the item(s). The item(s) will be held in reserve for 3days pending receipt of payment. All orders are be valid only for 5days.Bpalace will notice & reply your order via your email addresses only.

*All orders that receive 'none' reply email from you,will be erased.**(after 5 days from Bp's email confirmation date).

4.)    Items will be shipped by post malaysia method *upon customer option**e-Parcel or fast mail/post laju within three business days or
maximum 5 business days after confirmation of payment.
Items tagged as "pre-stock or pre-order" are subject to pending 1 week time upon stock arrival **-in-house subject to change

5.)    Non-Registered Shipment may be arranged but not encouraged and will be totally at buyer's risks.

The products and the packages are in good condition before they are sent to customers.
